All of our plantations are intensively managed to maximise investor returns. Our comprehensive service ensures that trees are inspected regularly to monitor nutrition and any impacts from insects and diseases. Each plantation has a series of growth plots established to enable carefully monitoring of height and diameter growth. Foliar sampling is also undertaken periodically to identify any nutrient deficiencies. At the start of each year, investors receive a report outlining growth, rainfall and climate information, management activities and recommendations for the future.

In a physical sense, each plantation is managed to encourage high quantities of valuable appearance-grade timber. This is achieved through pruning to remove lower branches and encourage the development of knot-free timber. In addition, periodical thinning is undertaken to reduce inter-tree competition. This process also provides some returns as the plantation matures.
